She was Board Chairman until she retired from the position in March 2004. Kepler's curriculum is focused entirely on astrology.</div> <bR> <div> In the summer of 2004, Joanne moved from Seattle, WA to sunny Chandler, AZ. She Chaired the Certification Committee for the WSAA between 1983 and 1995 and has also served on the Steering Committee of the Association for Astrological Networking.</div> <bR> <div> Joanne has lectured for numerous international, national and local astrological associations and has been a faculty member at many conferences.
