About Joanne
Joanne Wickenburg was one of the first authors to develop the psychological dimension of astrology in straightforward language. A practicing astrologer for 30 years, she has conducted classes and workshops throughout the USA and Canada, and has designed and teaches an internationally recognized Correspondence Course in astrology.
Joanne is one of the founding Board Members of Kepler College of Astrological Arts and Sciences, the first college of astrology authorized to offer BA degrees in Astrological Studies. She was Board Chairman until she retired from the position in March 2004. Kepler's curriculum is focused entirely on astrology.
In the summer of 2004, Joanne moved from Seattle, WA to sunny Chandler, AZ. She continues to offer correspondence courses

Joanne has served as both President and Treasurer of the Washington State Astrological Association. She has professional certification through both the American Federation of Astrologers and the Washington State Astrological Association. She Chaired the Certification Committee for the WSAA between 1983 and 1995 and has also served on the Steering Committee of the Association for Astrological Networking.
Joanne has lectured for numerous international, national and local astrological associations and has been a faculty member at many conferences. She is the author of six books on astrology, many of which are used as classroom texts by teachers throughout the country.
